Do you have a store? We do not have a physical store front, selling online is a more efficient business model that allows us to offer a much larger selection and better prices than most retail stores.

What furniture brands do you carry? KalaniBabyCrib.com ever-expanding selection is carefully chosen from top quality manufacturers around the world. How will my order be delivered? KalaniBabyCrib.com offers nationwide delivery within the contiguous United States. Deliveries within the greater Los Angeles area are made using our own fleet of trucks. For those customers who live outside of the Los Angeles area, we usually use Home Direct USA & FedEx Ground to fulfill orders. FedEx generally ships the smaller items under 150 lbs and Home Direct USA generally ships oversized items. Orders usually ship out and leave our warehouse within 3 days. Items shipped via Home Direct USA usually take between 7 to 14 business days to arrive to the customer’s home. Before arrival, Home Direct USA will call the customer 48 hours in advance to schedule a delivery time. Items shipped via FedEx will normally take 5 business days or less to arrive to a the customer's home. FedEx does not normally call in advance to schedule a delivery. If the customer is not home, FedEx will generally leave the package at the front door with no signature required.
What if My Shipment Arrives Damaged? In the rare situation that you experience damage in your shipment, please be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork you sign and contact us as soon as possible. If the carton is obviously severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge your credit card for the non-returned item.
What about assembly? Much of our furniture is assembled, but some of it is quick and easy to assemble. If you need a service to assemble your furniture, we suggest Impact Resource Group who can provide assembly services throughout most of the United States. Our model numbers are already programmed into their computer systems, so they can provide a quote quickly. What warranties do you offer on Furniture? Many products sold at KalaniBabyCrib.com come with a manufacturer's warranty, which may vary in length from three months up to five years depending on the manufacturer. Details of the warranty cover will also depend on other factors, such as the type of product, the problem that you are experiencing, and where the item is now located. If the product(s) you order come with a manufacturer's warranty, we recommend that you take the time to review it closely so that you know exactly what level of coverage that is being offered. KalaniBabyCrib.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these policies, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates. Further details on manufacturers’ warranties will generally be attached when you get your new furniture. Call or e-mail us if you have further questions; we will be glad to help. Keep in mind that the manufacturers warranties do not cover labor or transportation beyond one year; even a "lifetime" warranty covers the replacement parts only.
What is the Return Policy? Generally on all items the return policy is that you are responsible for round trip freight if the furniture has already been shipped/produced. Please contact us and we will assess your situation. A 15% re-stocking fee is also deducted from your refund. On Free Shipping items the shipping charges are included in the price but you will still be charged for round trip shipping costs incurred by KalaniBabyCrib.com. Please be careful when ordering your furniture and let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the right furniture for your situation. Always measure the space you are placing the furniture. Sorry we cannot accept returns for assembled merchandise. Any returns must be in their original packaging. Items will not be authorized for return after 15 days from the delivery date. Your credit card will be refunded once the manufacturer receives the returned item.
